Are you missing something in your daily life?
Have you ever thought “Once I get ________done, or get this thing I want, then everything will be good… like you’ll finally have some Peace.
How about if you turn that the other way around. “Once you have Peace everything else will fall into place”
It’s funny how we get that mixed up at times.
I’m sure you can remember days when you woke up and for no reason, you just felt great. Nothing new has jumped into your life. No shiny new car or fantastic new relationship.
You just feel good and everything seems to go right that day.
It falls in line with the Law of Attraction. First, you think about what you want. Then you feel like you actually have it. Then it manifests.
If you’re going to put your sight on something put it on Peace and when you feel peace then you’re jumping ahead of everything.
When you’re in that calm serene state, like everything is right, then all else falls into place.
So I challenge you to start making it a daily goal, to make Peace a first priority on your to do list.
Here are some simple ways to manifest peace into your life.
Let’s keep it easy, ok?
1. Gratitude.
Being grateful is so powerful and can lift you out of the darkest pits.
2. Be generous
Give back to life. Find someone you can do a simple act of kindness for. It doesn’t have to be big. Something as little as opening a door for someone can give a lot of love.
3. Be in the moment
Stop looking into the future at what you want next. Enjoy what is… Yes, there’s always something you can find right now to appreciate. Make it a habit to always look around and enjoy simple things in the moment.
4. Connect to your Higher Power
God is a wealth of comfort for all of us. Reach out and connect as often as you can. The more you do it the more powerful it becomes. This is priceless.
5. Be open to Life’s surprises
Make it a habit to search for the surprises life brings you. Be open to new experiences outside of your norm. We get so comfortable with where we’re at, that sometimes we resist anything unknown. Ask God to open you up to new possibilities in your life.

And if you need help with this, I can find the blocks or limits, holding you back from that higher vibration you so want. It feels like a huge weight is lifted once you can get past those. You can schedule an Energy clearing session (a unique blend of energy corrections), an Emotion Code or The Healing Codes session HERE.
Absolutely love this quote from Marianne Williamson! Thank you for that. I find peace through mindfulness and meditation and know that everything is impermanent, fluid, ever-changing. I think these are all very helpful ways to find peace.
Thanks Sandra,
I love her quote too! So true. It just takes some time to sink in right? At least it did for me. Like 20 years 🙂 I’m still a work in progress!
Thanks for stopping by sweetie
Melissa,
This is so true! Sometimes I find just breathing can be the thing that centers me and allows me to find peace when I’m feeling “wrong” in a situation. Feeling gratitude is another huge one. I love the idea of being open to surprises though! It’s so amazing how often little or big things pop up – even things that look like they are going wrong at first and then turn out to be the perfect thing! I love this post!
I know, right Jessica? Sometimes the biggest gifts are those things we thought were turning sour. Love the surprises in life 🙂
Hi Melissa,
You are absolutely right! Peace can be felt even if we live in the moment. Two things we can do very easily – be in the moment and be generous. Generosity gives a miraculous power of feeling good!
We give a little happiness when we smile.
We give a little hope when we listen patiently.
We give a gentle message with our tender touch.
We give some confidence with our friendly nudge.
Nicely said Balroop!
Love your kind soothing words. See you gave me a little slice of Peace already this morning… Thank YOU!!
Thank you Melissa for your interesting tips. Do you know how one can learn to be grateful and in the moment? As for connecting to God or anything/anyone superior to human beings, maybe I don’t even understand what it means. I can pray, of course, but have no idea how to reach such connection…
I’ve never thought something from outside could give me peace. I don’t know how to reach it: I just know sport can make me feel better physically, then there are events that can give me some happiness for a while, but it seems to me peace is a fantasy for me rather that something I could reach somehow…
Best wishes,
Federico
The quickest way I find peace is quoting scriptures like, My times are in Your hands,” or “May the peace of Christ be ALWAYS in my heart and life” . I also find peace by being generous and helping others. Sometimes, I have peace in the present, but I tend to look too much to the future & what will happen. I am learning to live more in the present though. Being flexible & open to new ideas are other ways I find peace. I know I don’t have peace all the time, but I try to pray & read my Bible every day nd this always brings more peace. Also, I’m writing a book, Life After Dystonia, & looking at all the Lord & I have done since my diagnosis of Dystonia makes me feel blessed and peaceful. I love the tips and quotes in your blogs. They are very helpful. Thank you.

I love your heart Libby. You are such an inspiration to all those you touch.
Maintaining gratitude is a very powerful act, so many times we are so wrapped in talking about things that upset us, that we forget the small things that made us happy. Peace comes to me when I go with the flow. I don’t fret and get worried, but instead chant ( I practice Buddhism) for things to be just fine. And it helps.
I find peace through number 1 and 3. Being grateful with what I have and living in the moment is what keeps me intact. Finding peace in the small things brings me happiness and content. Great share!
