I was talking to a friend earlier today about how difficult it can be to get everything done in an average day.
When we are running around crazy it creates stress, even if there aren’t any conflicts. The act of not taking a break in your day can really run your mind, body, and spirit down. Establishing good techniques and habits that help reduce your stress load can take you far with your health.
