How to keep your Energy aligned to manifest what you want.
There’s one common link in creating good health, better relationships and succeeding in your business. It’s all about being aligned with those very things you’re trying to create.
If you want it, you need to feel it.
To make it simple if you want to manifest something you need to feel as if you already have it.
Visualize your way to your goals.
Visualizing helps with this as it allows you to open up and truly embrace the emotions as if you already attained your goal.
You know what I’m talking about right? It’s like a daydream, where you’re the main character and the most amazing things are yours to have. Anything is possible. I love where the feelings of excitement, joy and anticipation take you next. The possibilities are unlimited.
You’re in the zone!
There’s a reason why being in the zone feels like such a high.
That state is your natural state. A state of abundance, ease and flow. That’s why it feels so uncomfortable when you aren’t aligned. It’s not your natural healthy, magnetic state.
Have you ever wondered why disease was named that? Dis-ease. The opposite of ease.
The same goes when you’re in a garden variety bad mood. It doesn’t feel good. So why waste your time in that state of un-ease?
When you figure out that alignment and ease are necessary to have the best possible life possible, then incredible things start to shift.
Incredible life changing shifts happen when you’re aligned!
There are so many amazing tools to help you keep that balance.
And balance is the name of the game. If you stay in that natural high vibration state you can attract more of what you want into your life.
What are the best methods to use?
I use several methods and alternate which ones I use, depending on the needs.
I adore The Healing Codes. I also love EFT. Yep it was my very first energy love. I also use affirmations, The Emotion Code, Law of Attraction practices and mindset tools to name a few. Over the years I have built quite the energy toolbox.
It’s one of the reasons I became an energy alignment expert. I wanted to share with others, who needed simple yet powerful ways to create a better life.
How often do you need to use them?
It depends on your lifestyle and the amount of stress you’re under. Some people have to check within themselves several times a day. Others just use their emotional guidance system as a gauge if it’s time to do a little work on themselves.
I usually have a set 3 times a day minimum ranging from 6 -12 minutes each time.
But then if something happens that bothers me, I’ll throw in some more time. In fact I had to spend some extra time just this weekend.
I knew instantly that I wasn’t aligned.
How can you tell if you aren’t aligned?
Use your Emotional Guidance System. If you feel bad in any way then you’re off. Feeling off means you aren’t attracting, health, wealth or happiness. It’s pretty straight forward.

Remember, spending a small amount of time aligning to your natural high vibe state, could make the biggest difference in your life. This is such an important statement, Melissa: “Remember, spending a small amount of time aligning to your natural high vibe state, could make the biggest difference in your life.” My challenge is that I have a hard time establishing a regular routine with a new practice. I do have some routines, I meditate daily and I go to Tai Chi class 3 days a week, but I find it challenging to adopt new routines. I like your emphasis on how this just takes a short amount of time.
