I love Word Search games!
I put this one together so you could join in on the fun!
You may see that I used mainly positive words. I’d like you to notice how you feel when you get done finding each one.
Think Positive
[Tweet “The Words we think about can make or break our day.”]
Our words, thoughts and emotions all seem to roll together in one big energy ball, don’t they? Try taking some time each day to focus on just the positive. It doesn’t have to be for very long, just a few moments can make a huge impact!
Then let the gratitude sink in and notice how you feel.
It’s all about being in the moment and really focusing on your thoughts. Using this game helps direct those thoughts and those thoughts create the feelings that are able to lift and heal.
Please let me know in the comments below what words you find… And if you want to go a step further add how those words make you feel.
Commitment. Sweet. Joy.
How fun! Love these positive and powerful words, Melissa!
Great Beth! It was fun putting it together. Just focusing on them lifted me.
Melissa, I saw Joy, Hope, Sweet, I do feel a flutter of lifting my emotions like a small hum of a vibration. I don’t remember ever doing a game like that. It really lifted me up. Thanks for this fun, I needed it.
Helpful. Empathetic. Grateful
Nice Joyce!
Commitment, helpful, joy
funny I usually see love first in these 🙂
Hmmm, me too… Maybe your love tank was already full today 🙂
It’s always interesting Melissa, how I never see the same words twice, even though they’ve been in other word searches. Helpful, commitment, hope, generous, caring, reliable friend are the ones that jumped out at me today. The positivity is just lovely.
I’m loving seeing what everyone is finding! It feels o great!
Thanks for stopping by Elle.
I saw help and then helpful. Commitment, joy, caring popped out later. I agree, the words we use can make a powerful difference.
Perfect Sandra and totally fits YOU 😉
Passion, grateful, gratitude. I think you may be on to something here. Perhaps there’s meaning to which three words a person notices first?
I agree Christine. Something to really think about. Thanks for visiting today and taking the time to comment!

This is a pretty cool practice. I’ve never seen a crossword puzzle phrased in that way. I’m going to email it to my therapist.
I found helpful, path, and patience.
Thanks Sebastian, It was fun making it! Coming up with new ideas to lift your spirit is always a great thing 🙂

Perfect Betsy! Thanks for taking the time to stop by 🙂
Helpful, hopeful, friend
Those were the ones that popped out for me. 🙂
Helpful, aid, faith (then I noticed it could become “faithful”).
Is there a way to build games like that making them interesting as a chess-match? Because otherwise I guess in the long run I’d become bored by them…
Best,
Federico
That’s something to think about! Great idea 🙂 Thanks for being here Federico!
Thanks for replying! I think when things are intellectually challenging (not so difficult you can’t understand them, but not so easy there’s no fun), you can do them systematically…
Federico
joy, fair, friend
Nice Debbie!
The first three words I saw were helpful, grateful, & happy. These rods make me feel grateful & happy since I love being helpful, grateful for my many blessings, & happy that I can be helpful, grateful, & happy.
Hi Libby! Great seeing you sweet lady. Glad you came to play 🙂
Hope, Helpful, Pee (if this one doesn’t count), Joy

Very interesting as I consider myself helpful, I have “duel” interests in both intuition development and marketing/sales and I’m committed to both.

Terri,
So glad it put a smile on your face! Have a great Sunday 🙂
Melissa–you are absolutely not going to believe what happened tonite–I saw help, helpful then ‘maid’—‘maid?’ I thought–”MAID??” I repeated to myself–‘what the??’ Let it go, so I did and saw–loyal–and, then, you guessed it–there it was again, jumping out of the page at me–EVEN though it was not linear, even though my eyes had to read it at RIGHT ANGLES–:-)–that word just kept jumping off the page
needing to be seen–and then, the woh–after yet another emotionally humiliating “lunch date” with yet another “friend” , my sadness just knowing no bounds–20 + years trying to find healing and rest after a harrowing “marriage”–all I seem to attract is more and more humiliation–therapy, prayer-nothing has been able to fix this–tonite one word jumped off a page and gave me what 20 years and 1, 000’s of dollars of theapy could not–relief, rest and the beginnings of an answer–I don’t know if you intended your word game to do this–I don’t think you understand what this game did for me tonite–it answered a prayer and conversation that I’ve been having with God for 20 something years–why—-why can I not find the love and care I so deserve and need–instead graduating from an abusive man to the next to the next and a trail of hurtful friendships—WHY-what was I missing–what what what what, what—and with one word–one simple simple word–God answered me tonight–maid–a maid to everyone and everything–every friend, partner, job, homeless person, family member in need–EVERYONE—-but me.Deserving or non deserving, I gave and give and gave until I broke, I hurt, I collapsed–and still I didn’t understand–your word made me understand–I can’t BELIEVE what happened from a simple word game here tonight–???-wow– I can’t thank you enough Melissa-, wow!–All the way from Australia, God bless you all over there in the U.S–THANK YOU and bless you.XXX
Wow Alexandra,
That is amazing! I’m so glad you found some insight here. I love when things just jump out you like that. So great to get clarity. Thanks for visiting and sharing your experience sweetie!
gratitude. insightful. hope.
interesting, as i just came from a weekend creative masterminds retreat with 7 childhood friends. we met in a beautiful little town named hope, which lent itself beautifully to the theme of our retreat (“finding hope”).
Love that April! Isn’t it great how these things keep popping up and connect to other things in our lives. It keep the feeling alive in the moment 😉
Gratitude. Beautiful.Compassion.
This made my smile and recoil a little. Smile because I made a gratitude list yesterday rather than focus on a five hour train delay. Recoil because I wasn’t overly compassionate tonight with the taxi driver. I got out and into another shuttle when he yelled at someone down the phone. He was obviously having a tough time. Did scare me a little though in a foreign city.
Isn’t it great how you are being aware of all this though Caylie! That is HUGE. Totally a great sign. I LOVE it! Thanks for sharing <3
