The new year is almost here!
I’m sure as always, you have the best intentions to reach your goals in 2015.
Excitement is bubbling up and you feel like, this is the year you’ll finally reach your ultimate dreams.
Your success is here!
You just know it! This time you’ll succeed for sure!
You’ve made a commitment and you’re going for your dreams!
Then by week 3 when you haven’t reached it yet, you’re disappointed and ready to give up.
Your commitment is in the trash.
The key is remembering that the road to success is a journey. It’s a transformation. You travel along many paths finding new things to help build a better life.
Maybe one that’s more amazing than you originally hoped for.
Priceless Gems
These are the gems, the gifts you find along the way. The unexpected things that give you more pleasure than you planned on.
Learning to move forward at a steady sustainable pace will build a better foundation for your continued success in all areas of life.
Think the tortoise and the hare.
The steady pace of the tortoise always wins. The hare makes lots of mistakes, gets burned out and loses every time.
You aren’t in this for the short haul. Whatever your goals are, whether they are weight loss, hitting 6 figures in your business or having the best relationship ever, you want it to last.
Commitment takes patience
The need for instant gratification, instead of focusing on long-term happiness, will sabotage your success.
If you don’t see quick enough results, you find yourself fizzling out.
But how do you keep that drive going?
Patience is the number one block to commitment.
When you don’t see results quick enough, you give up.
You need that patience to continue on, knowing you’ll reach your goal at the perfect time.
Impatience can do a lot of damage.
It leads to anxiety, frustration, and stress. All of these lower your vibration and push away what you want to attract in your life.
Find your blocks to patience and turn your commitment back ON!
#1 The root
Look at your patience level and try to find where it started.
Do you have an early memory of not getting what you wanted?
Maybe it’s a family pattern and you’ve inherited that trait.
#2 How do you feel?
What emotions come up beside patience? Maybe frustration or anger? They’re in the same family, so look around for any other emotion tied to that root memory and how you’re feeling today.
#3 Clear your blocks
Those memories have limiting beliefs and other blocks tied to them. No matter where they originated, use one of your favorite methods, like The Healing Codes, The Emotion Codes, EFT or meditation, to bring it to the surface where it can be cleared once and for all.
Find the sweet spot
Soon you’ll notice that everything is falling into alignment and things flow easier…
Your goals are reached and new exciting ideas and creativity for the future are formed.

Awww thanks Sandra! I hope you have the best year ever sweetie 🙂
Great reminder here, Melissa about the importance of patience. Too often, we live in a quick fix world where instant gratification seems to be the norm. It is refreshing to remember that patience really is so needed in life and can make the difference when thinking long term. Have a wonderful 2015 and thank you for all that you do!
