What do I do now? I recently posted an article called Have You Skipped A Day Doing The Healing Code at Thehealingcodes.com site about this very topic. I know a lot of my clients have needlessly worried about missing a healing code session. They thought they would have to start over from the beginning to gain the best value from their code.
When you are working with a healing code you are taking the stress level off your body one piece at a time.
Visualize a large sandwich, no matter if you take baby bites or huge bite chunks that sandwich is going to get eaten. Even if you put it in the fridge and save the rest for tomorrow, it isn’t going to gain size unless you actually add to the existing sandwich. You just take the remainder of it back out and finish it off the next day.
If you skip a day doing your code, it’s like putting that sandwich in the fridge to save for later. Maybe you’ve had something come up and you just couldn’t fit another code in today. Maybe you are having some intense healing responses and you need to take a break. Just pick your code up as soon as you can and start where you left off. It’s okay, really. If you are working through the 12 categories, the same rule can apply. If you missed a day just start on the next category the very next chance you get. No need to start over again as this whole process is cumulative.
Yes, consistency will get you to your goal faster and this isn’t a license to not do your codes altogether. If you’ve made a commitment to yourself to work on this, then be as consistent as you can. After all, The Healing Codes can’t help if you don’t actually do them
