Do you feel overwhelmed at times, when you are trying to figure out what you are supposed to work on next with your code?
I mean, when I first started this process, I had so many different issues to work on, I almost just gave up with frustration, not knowing where to start. If I felt that way, I can’t imagine for some of you, it may feel impossible to get going.
If you then throw in something like an autoimmune disease, cancer or any other illness it can be very discouraging, to say the least. When you hear a diagnosis of one of the many out there, it immediately causes a fear stress reaction, which is exactly what The Healing Codes is trying to decrease.
We don’t focus on the symptoms, but the underlying root causes of them, reducing the stress in you as a whole.
This is key in healing anything that is out of balance in our body. As the stress is lifted off of the immune system, that same system is able to heal almost anything.
Whatever the feelings are over your specific issue, focus on that emotion. If it brings up earlier emotions, memories or beliefs then go with the strongest earliest time you felt this, and make that your new focus.
Use The Healing Codes as your tool, and over time as these underlying root causes are healed, your body will soon follow.

I’ve heard that the Healing Codes can in a way prioritize what your body may need to heal first without even knowing it. Is this true?
Some people may find it frustrating if the Healing Codes don’t immediately heal what they are asking, but instead are all along prioritizing another issue over another. It is so cool to think about how your body is smart enough to know exactly what needs the healing and when.

First I want to say that
The Healing Codes do not heal any illness or physical symptoms. They are working on the underlying emotions, beliefs and stress that are at the root of the symptoms. The immune system is then able to do what it was intended for and that is to self heal.
Yes, I believe that your body will always prioritize what needs to heal first and thank God for that. If something like carpal Tunnel was really bothering you, but you had something super serious going on, that you didn’t know about, you would definitely want your body to prioritize the more urgent.
Having faith in your body and it’s wisdom can be a stress relief all by itself.
Hi Melissa. Well, I am overwhelmed. At first I thought it would be pretty straight forward as I have excellent physical health (except my eye sight) but greatly need improvement in finances, friends, love, abundance, grief and so much more. So I worked on forgiveness, bitterness, grudges, unworthiness, and feelings of abandoment, neglect, isolation, suicide, and also so much fear and being threatened. What a mess my 6 minutes are. I’m all over the place. and instead of feeling good I feel tearful and self pity. So I try again but again I am flooded with grief and confusion. Today, the sun was out while I was raking the leaves and it occured to me I felt kinda good and maybe I should just stand here in my front yard, in front of the warm sun and do the codes with that feeling and perhaps affirming, “I choose to allow myself to feel safe and peaceful. It was alot easier to maintain that feeling of peace and safety with the sun warming me up. What do you think of this melissa. Can I use this raking the leaves again tomorrow. What i think is happening is you are trying to focus on to many emotions at once. Pick the first one that has the highest charge for you and use your 6 minutes to address that. Taking it all into smaller chunks helps so much. When we try to clear a lot at once sometimes it overwhelms our system. Yes the raking the leaves idea is awesome! The idea is to put yourself into a space that feels good and comforting. It looks like you found the sweet spot 😉 Take care!
