Is it Spring yet? I’m not really sure.
We have had so much extreme weather this year I’ve felt sort of like a yoyo. One day it’s 20 degrees and the next 70!
I am NOT kidding!
I’ve even noticed the people around me are walking slower and looking well… kind of down.
I usually handle things really good these days but I’ve had to pull out all my tools to keep myself from becoming negative over this.
And I’m telling you it has been an ongoing process.
I’ve used The Healing Codes to deal with all the negative limiting beliefs that have shown up and it feels so cleansing.
Limiting beliefs can come up at any time but they really show themselves when you’re not in the space you really want to be in.
Thoughts and self-talk like
I can’t do anything right
I’ll never be good enough
This will never change.
I’ll never be as good as ____________
You get the picture. It can go on and on.
When you are stuck in the tug of war mode of winter-spring, it can be easy to feel the negative pull of these old thought patterns.
Think of how that kind of talk could impact you in different parts of your life.
And most of those thoughts are so ingrained into your subconscious, that even attempting to deal with them consciously doesn’t work very effectively.
When the season is transitioning into Spring it is actually the perfect time to start clearing out all that old programming.
You have the time right now while you’re waiting for the weather to improve. Why not use it to clear out all the old garbage you don’t have any use for anymore.
Do some spring cleaning if you will.
Remember your only limits are within yourself and those can be changed.
